I have a 14 Pro, but think whether or not this can be done has to do more with updates, and I do have 17.4.1. I did not know of an app called Caller ID. Yes, My Card is it is first in your contacts, should have your name. You can go into it and press Edit at the right top, like any other and put in your name in the fields.
