I just did a Google search for "Show Caller Id not available on iPhone" and I found the following which clearly indicates that having the Show Caller Id switch depends on your carrier and that Verizon and Sprint don't make this available to their customers:

Most carriers provide the feature to be toggled OFF or ON right from the iPhone. Some carriers do not provide this capability and require the user to call them. Therefore I recommend that you contact your carrier for a resolution.
