I called otterbox, and indeed, they were very helpful. However, when I had to pay giving my credit card number to the system, it failed although I tried several times. I gried online, but every time I want to pay online I have the same problem: when I get to the payment information, I never find the edit field where to type. It seems that I have to open something that doesn’t open. I use Jaws. Is there any way to solve this problem?
