Hello,
I’m trying to access my I cloud accound using Windows 11 and Chrome.
On my iPhone 14, I have a passcode. I thought that it would get me into
my I cloud account from any device.
Using the web site icloud.com, I enter my eMail and password and a 6
digit access code is sent to my phone.
The problem is trying to enter the number into the 6 edit fields
provided. When pressing each key, the number is announced. The cursor
jumps to the next digit field until I get to the last field.
Nothing happens. On reviewing the fields, they are empty. I keep hearing
“invalid”.
I know that my eMail address and password are correct since I’m sent the
access code.
I used Jaws and NVDA and both Chrome and Firefox.
When signing in, choosing the Forgot password link, requires the image
test.
The audio challenge does not work for me.
Is it possible to use the passcode to access my I cloud account through
Windows?
In the iPhone settings, I know where to change the passcode or turn it
on or off.
The 2-factor authentication is on and I tried to turn it off but there
is something about having a key. I'm confused.
Any suggestions?
