I did the very same thing that you described with jaws, NVDAand just for kicks narrator and everything worked fine as well chrome browser using Windows 11 as well. I did this twice with the same result and then I entered it correctly and I was logged into the iCloud website. Generally, once you do it though you won’t need to repeat the process. As you indicated there are 6 fields. I would make sure you are on the first one, and then just behave as though it is one contiguous text field. It might be helpful to turn off the virtual cursor while entering the number, but I don’t believe that is necessary. (I haven’t done this process since 2017).
