Can you include words or just the numbers. perhaps saying the individual numbers, then the word bus, then 9.
You could then edit out the word bus if you cannot include words. Or say the words for the stop number then bus 9...

Hi, group.
In Vancouver, Canada, I send a text message to Translink (the Bus company when I need to know what time the next bus would be at my bus stop. I have to give two pieces of information in this text message: five digit bus five digit Bus Stop Number and
one or two one or two digit bus number. for instance,
50325 9. I have saved the Bus company number as Bus Stop. When I ask Siri to send a message to Bus Stop, how would I dictate the following to Siri?
'50325 9'.
