The issue is Outlook. I have the iPhone 5 running 6.01 and the iPod Touch 5TH generation also running 6.01 and neither one has the option to invite others to an appointment. It is because I sync with Outlook, apparently.
I suspect the ones who have those fields, don't sync with Outlook. I hope I'm wrong.
