Hello, do you sync your iPHone with iCloud? If not, set up an iCloud account and sync your calendar with it. Then you'll have Home and Work iCloud calendars in addition to the On the Phone ones. You'll have the sharing options in the iCloud calendars. Your other family members can each use their own iCloud accounts if they have their own devices, or they can use the same Apple ID as you and see all your iCloud calendars. The advantage of having separate iCloud accounts is that you can share the calendar or calendars you want to share, but have separate ones as well. And remember, you can share an Apple ID for purchases but all have different iCloud accounts.
