The app is free for now, but this will probably change in October. The source is ElevenLabs webpage itself. In all likelihood, some folks are confused because they are already paying a subscription for any of the ElevenLabs plans, so when they download the app and logged in using the same account information, they probably saw their own cloned voice an maybe other customized features. However, I didn’t have a subscription, and just downloaded the app in July and installed it.
