Hello,
I am trying to get the Reader app. I have downloaded and installed it. I tried to create an account by providing a userid and password. I was sent an email with a validation code which I entered. The app then seemed to ask me to sign in. This is fairly common with new apps. I tried to sign in using my userid and password but... nothing happened.
I did not receive any error messages, the signin screen simply sits there.
Can anyone help me with this signin procedure? I'm thinking I have missed something.
I am using an iphone 13Pro, IOS 17.6.1, Voiceover, and a bluetooth keyboard. My wifi connection is solid.

The app is free for now, but this will probably change in October. The source is ElevenLabs webpage itself. In all likelihood, some folks are confused because they are already paying a subscription for any of the ElevenLabs plans, so when they download the app and logged in using the same account information, they probably saw their own cloned voice an maybe other customized features.
