I guess you could convert it to a JPG file using an online converter and then once it is in your photos app you can share it with Be My AI. Interestingly enough, I just opened a PDF which I have on OneDrive on my iPhone and Be My Eyes is on the share sheet, but when I selected it I got a message that no image could be obtained or something along those lines. With Kjaws Picture Smart it says "file format not supported" but then if you use Jaws you have Jaws OCR which often may give you a pretty good result as long as the document is not hand written or full of images/pictures or diagrams.
