Hi.

There is a Keurig machine which is easy to use. I don't remember the model,
but I can check it for you. My friend has it and I used it myself when I
visited.
There are five sizes of drinks, the possibility to make cold drinks, and
for coffee, you can use strong or not.
No need for an app, although if you are not sure of something, you can call
a volunteer on Be My Eyes. The digital screen is large and easy to see.

The only thing with Keurig is that every drink they make, from coffee to
tea and apple cider, looks the same. So your friend will have to separate
or label them.

Nespresso machines are usually simple to use. You can buy a simple one,
which usually has only two buttons on the top: short and long. They make
coffees and sometimes flavoured coffees, but nothing else.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Tali
