Assuming the old phone is no longer in your home and it is still thinking it is connected to the Shokz, I'd turn off bluetooth on your new phone. Reboot the phone. Put the Shokz into pairing mode.  Open the bluetooth settings on the phone and see if it shows up and double tap on it.  It should connect.  If not, I'd call Apple Accessibility.
