You could also see if there is a factory reset option for the OpenRun and try that. If that and rebooting your iPhone still does not work, a final step I would do is to go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset, then tap on “Reset Network Settings”. This will often clear up such issues. Keep in mind that it will disconnect you from any Wi-Fi networks and you will have to reconnect including entering your Wi-Fi password. Doing this will also rename your iPhone from whatever it was to simply “iPhone”. This can be easily fixed, just go to Settings > General > About, tap on the name field at the top and rename it to whatever you want it to be.
