You could also see if there is a factory reset option for the OpenRun and try 
that.
If that and rebooting your iPhone still does not work, a final step I would do 
is to go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset, then tap on 
“Reset Network Settings”.
This will often clear up such issues. Keep in mind that it will disconnect you 
from any Wi-Fi networks and you will have to reconnect including entering your 
Wi-Fi password.
Doing this will also rename your iPhone from whatever it was to simply 
“iPhone”. This can be easily fixed, just go to Settings > General > About, tap 
on the name field at the top and rename it to whatever you want it to be.

Assuming the old phone is no longer in your home and it is still thinking it is 
connected to the Shokz, I'd turn off bluetooth on your new phone. Reboot the 
phone. Put the Shokz into pairing mode.
Open the bluetooth settings on the phone and see if it shows up and double tap 
on it.
It should connect.
If not, I'd call Apple Accessibility.
