Rena, I don't use Siri for calls a lot. However, when I first got an iPhone, I did, and in a down hill wooded area, simply could not get one done. So, the guy at Customer Service for Consumer Cellular told me that if I tried Siri, and a call would not go through, to make it myself, which I did, and it worked. However, that is no good answer in this case.
