Hey Caroline, when the guy at consumer cellular just told you to make the call yourself if Siri wouldn’t work, was letting Siri off the hook when you let Siri off the hook, it doesn’t fix the problem. Siri needs to be kept on the hook and made to stay on the hook, and people have to be told they need to fix it right here and right now you’re not a moment later. That is the way we get things fixed
