I bought an iphone through apple and had no problem setting it up. I think I had to call Verizon at one point to set up my cell service, but that's it.

I figure that if I buy it through Apple, at least I can get 5% back via my Apple card, which beats a blank when you’re talking about 1000 bucks or so.
