Caroline, you can use your phone to death for everything whether you have an 
expensive plan or not. The fact is that carriers as a rule still ge ttheir 
money's worth and they are not giving you a brand new iPhone for half the 
price. Tjhey may make it sound that way, but believe me, if you add it all up 
you pay for it one way or another.

Yeah, like my daughter-in-law lawst year this time - 15 Pro Max for $320.00. 
She has no problem with an expensive phone plan, because she uses her phone to

Hi Mary,

I always prefer to get my phones directly from Apple. Generally, it tends to be 
a lot less complicated. The only reason, at least in my opinion, to get a phone 
through your carrier is if your carrier is offering such a good deal That makes 
it worth the while.
