You can still maximize the player, but it seems that the option to rewind the game is not there at the moment. I will say that some other shows still have that option. This might be an NFL thing.
For example, I like listening to the Sunday Drive show from 12 noon to 1 PM Eastern on channel 88, the NFL channel. They go over all of the games for the day and give updates on players etc. Well, today I was a little late turning on the show; about 12:20 PM. So I maximized the player, then went down to the bottom of the screen and hit the restart button. It instantly restarted the show at the beginning. Then when a commercial came on, I went and hit the fast forward button until the commercial was over. I can also say that I just checked out a MLB game, and after maximizing the play screen, I had a button where I could choose to go back to a particular inning if I wanted. I also do this from time to time. If I am a couple of innings late turning on a game, I will just go back to the start of the first inning and start from there. When I do this, I will also fast forward through the commercials, so it does not take long until I am caught up in the game and listening live. So since you have the options in MLB games and not in NFL games, I wonder if it is an NFL thing and not a SiriusXM thing. To maximize the player: After double tapping the play button, go up to the top of the screen, and normally, one swipe to the right from the top is maximize the player button.
