Its not you or your phone.  I have been having the same problems for a while now.  And its not an iOS 18 issue.  For me, it started before I updated my phone. I have stopped using the app and started accessing it through a web browser.  It works fine for me in a web browser.  On my phone I use Safari, and on my laptop I use Google Chrome.
