Do you mean Voiceover comes through the earpiece? Voiceover coming through the “speakerphone” which to me is the external speaker, is normal behaviour.

When VoiceOver comes through the speaker phone, I try cycling it off and on but this does not resolve the issue. The only means I have found is either to play music or Youtube video. I have tried restarting the phone hoping to remedy this problem but VoiceOver still seems to exhibit the same behavior. Is anyone else having a similar problem and if so, how have you remedied it in the meantime?
