Okay, but that’s why is how the destination function is When I connected my
phone to the external Bluetooth speaker VoiceOver stayed on the phone Which is
okay, but before it was a possibility to choose on the rotor where VoiceOver
should be on the phone or on the external speaker Now this function is gone

Hello all,
I am experiencing an issue where VoiceOver is still coming through the
speaker phone on an iPhone 13pro with iOS 18.0.1 even though the call or
FaceTime audio has ended which I invoke with the two finger double tap. When
VoiceOver comes through the speaker phone, I try cycling it off and on but this
does not resolve the issue.
The only means I have found is either to play music or Youtube video. I
have tried restarting the phone hoping to remedy this problem but VoiceOver
still seems to exhibit the same behavior.
Is anyone else having a similar problem and if so, how have you
remedied it in the meantime?
