I received my new AirPods Pro 2s yesterday and have a couple of issues. I set them up to take certain actions when the stems are pressed, but when I press a stem nothing happens.
Also, when I did the ear tip fit test it suggested that I didn't have a good fit in the right ear, and suggested that I change to a larger tip. I do notice some audio intrusion from the outside in the right ear. I can't figure out how to change the tip. Any help is appreciated.
