There's nothing all that special about it. Turn the rotor to audio ducking
and flick up or down to go through the choices. I suggest setting it to
always. Once that's done, turn the rotor to volume. You can then set the
VoiceOver volume past 100 percent if you want VoiceOver to be that much
louder than the other audio. I set it to around 125 percent and that
usually does the trick. Some apps are louder so I've gone as high as 140%.
Another nice thing is that you can go under 100%. Say you're on a Zoom call
and don't want to miss what people are saying but still need to hear
VoiceOver. Set volume to around 80% so VoiceOver is lower than the volume
of the Zoom call. The good thing about audio ducking set to always is that
it keeps the relative volume levels stable. Hope this helps a bit.
