On all their other headsets, you should be in your Bluetooth settings when you turn it on.
The first time, it should go right into pairing mode, which it should speak. Most of them speak at power on, power off, and when to charge them. The others I have used say not to charge them for more than one hour. You need to download their app according to the user guide I found. I saved it as a PDF and opened it in Word and it is somewhat readable.
