Make sure the party has not blocked the other party. That she'll probably take care of this problem.

They are having problem’s where when my Mom calls my Dad she get’s his voice mail. But when he calls me and other members of the family it go’s straight through. Mom is planning on getting a new phone but I am nots hure when she will. I was thinking that Dad might have on scilence un known callers but if that was the case it wouldn’t be doing this since Mom is in his contacts and is a known caller.
