Maybe it's the difference between the "I phone" the "his phone" and the "her phone" đ Anyways, if somebody calls him and it goes straight to voice mail then he most likely has Do Not Disturb turned on. If they get each other's messages it is most likely because they use the same Apple Id which they should not do, of course it does make it more difficult to communicate with the girl-friend or boy-friend!

Hi all My Mom and Dad have I phones my Momâs I phone I s a I phone 11and my Dadâs is a I phone 15 proe. They are having problemâs where when my Mom calls my Dad she getâs his voice mail. But when he calls me and other members of the family it goâs straight through. Also my Dad will get messages meant for my Momâs phone. And vice versa. Does anyone have any ideas whatâs goingon? And what they can do to fix it? Mom is planning on getting a new phone but I am nots hure when she will. I was thinking that Dad might have on scilence un known callers but if that was the case it wouldnât be doing this since Mom is in his contacts and is a known caller.
