Yes, the menu shortcut keys all work and to add to Sandy's suggestion, here is the list of the main menu shortcut keys. This is also the order the menu items are in and once you are in whichever menu tree Jaws speaks everything correctly and you can down arrow through the choices. There are only 6 main menu items and as in most cases, File is first and Help is last. I don't find it difficult even to remember that f I press Alt and then arrow to the right ttwice that I am then oon "View", but it's also easy to memorize the shortcut keys especially since File, Edit, View and Help are often standard in other applications and the shortcut keys are always the same. This only leaves Control and Store. Here are the menu items and shortcut keys:
