I assume you mean you down arrowed to the "Keyboard Shortcuts" item in the Help menu? If so try F6 after you press enter on "Keyboard Shortcuts". I can't speak for Jaws 10 as I am on Jaws 14, but after I go to Keyboard Shortcuts I get the following: iTunes store Description: printiFrame After I press F6 I am on an HTML page and I can use the down arrow keys and all other Jaws reading keystrokes to read the text about all the keyboard shortcuts you can use.
