You will want to pair each device with a separate function key. I do not recall if that keyboard has the USB dongle for pairing to a computer, if so, that is usually f1.
You can pair whatever you want to the other two, and in fact, I think you can use f1 without the dongle if you don’t want it connected to a computer, but someone else will need to confirm that. The process is, whichever key you are pairing a device to, hold that key down until the keyboard shows up in your bluetooth settings, then double tap it on your device to confirm pairing and release the key. Once it is paired, to switch devices you simply hold that key down for a couple of seconds and it should connect to the other device. So, if the phone is on f2, and the iPad is f3, and you are currently using it on the phone, press f3 for a couple of seconds to connect to the iPad.
