ok got this from another list. try this. follow the steps to move an app in to a folder. The app should be placed before or after the folder. now swipe to the app and swipe up or down to drag. now find the folder and double tap. The folder should open, now swipe to where you want the app in the folder and swipe to drop it in the folder. Hope this is clear. Maria,
