You know I really don't know. And as far as the tracking numbers, you can use 
the USPS app, to those packages as long as they're coming USPS, which most of 
the time they are. Or if it's a FedEx package, it has a track button on the app 
that you can use to track the package. And you can actually see where all the 
packages stopped. And I don't think they. Try next day I've never heard of 
that. Normally if a package needs signed and nobody's home to receive it. You 
should receive some kind of tag to be able to go and pick up your package from 
your local post office.
