Aira has a 5-minute limit for people who don’t subscribe and you can use that every 2 days. If you forgot whether it has been 48 hours since your last free call, just check the app as it will let you know if you can make another free call or not.

Let’s put it that way, I would most likely make sure I have a link to that video and then call Aira and ask an agent to watch it and try and help. Of course that would only work if you can direct them to the place in the video where they could watch this and then try to help within the 5 minute free call time limit; Be My Eyes would be another option as there is not really a time limit. The guy eventually told me where the screw is, but my examination is different from what he said. I clarified the machine I have, so hopefully he will have the right answer. I assume this is possibly simply a matter of logistics because AI uses a lot of electricity and given the volume of Millions and probably tens of Millions of Ring videos I understand how that may not really be possible. In any case, Seeing AI correctly identified our night time visitors as a couple of deer, we live in a small town in Northwestern BC and having wildlife in town is not unusual here. In the fall, September and October, we often have black bears in town looking for food to fatten up before they hibernate, mule deer and white tailed deer are all over town throughout the winter and the other morning as my wife and I were having breakfast next to our picture window facing the street, a moose and her calf were walking down the middle of the street. I made a recording of the audio description and have included a Dropbox link for those who are interested to hear it, but I did ask one of my sighted employees and he said it was pretty much right on target.
