You can do this quite conveniently by saving your list of PC contacts off to a
non-functional folder, deleting all contacts you don’t want on your phone from
the active contact list on your PC and then syncing.

The trick is to make certain the folder or file that holds your PC contacts has
a recent time stamp so any changes on the PC will be treated as the correct
data. This way, any entries on the iPhone that are in the “new” contact
location on your PC get deleted. At least that’s what I did with my Windows
Mail (Outlook Express) contact list and it worked flawlessly.

To You & Yours: A Very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year !!!

not profited, I dare say,' returned the nephew. `Christmas among the rest. But
I am sure I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round --
apart from the veneration due to its sacred name and origin, if anything
belonging to it can be apart from that -- as a good time; a kind, forgiving,
charitable, pleasant time: the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the
year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts
freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were
fellow-passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on
other journeys. And therefore, uncle, though it has never put a scrap of gold
or silver in my pocket, I believe that it has done me good, and will do me
good; and I say, God bless it!'"

Subject: Question About Contacts

Hello, all. I posted this a few days ago but didn’t get an answer, so here goes
again.

I have nearly 1,000 contacts on my phone, primarily because I have an Exchange
account with MS Outlook and have Outlook set to put people I reply to in my
Contacts. I plan to change this.

However, I can’t figure out a way to get rid of all of the Outlook contacts
from my phone, unless I go in and delete one at a time. Does anyone have a
better idea? I know that I need to get rid of at least 800 contacts.

Keith
