If you want to call numbers by actual phone number, make sure Hey Siri is set up on your iPhone and instead of Hey Meta, just say Hey Siri, Siri will respond and you can say “Call so and so number” just as you would if you did it through your iPhone or any other wired or Bluetooth headset.
