Hi Tom, There is no need to apologize as this is what this list is for asking questions, and getting helpful information. What does the meta Glasses say when you say Hey Meta make a phone call? Did you pair the glasses with the pairing button on the case, if so, what did you hear? I also am using the Ray Ban Glasses with an XR phone, I can tell the glasses to make a call for me, and the glasses will make a call providing the call originates from someone in my contacts. Although, in order to get my glasses to do this, I had to adjust a few settings on the Meta View App. It sounds like the problem you are describing, might be some kind of a setting that needs to be set. Do you have a list of contacts on your phone? Can you ask your glasses what time it is or what is today’s date, if so, what does the glasses say? Let us know.

Then he deleted the glasses from his phone and installed them on my daughter’s iPhone 14 Pro and it worked. Finally we reinstalled them on our iPhone XR and15, and they won’t work. So, sorry.
