It would be interesting to give it another go, but I may just start by sending them a message and ask if they have considered screenreader accessibility for the Windows app by now. Anyways, the iOS version is nicely accessible. The app has a built-in browser which allows you to search for recipes and you can then save them straight into the app. Pretty much most of the major recipe sites like Food Network, All Recipes, Simply Eats and many more are supported and when you save a recipe, the ingredients and directions are automatically split up in to their corresponding tabs, you can also scale the ingredients, e.g. make 2x the recipe and ingredients will be doubled. There are also timers you can set although I have never used this feature as I prefer to tell my Google smart speaker in the kitchen to set a timer if I need one. You can also make shopping lists and more, it's a pretty full-featured app and it gets a very good rating of 4.9 and it is listed a s "#1 in Food and Drink". Below are links for their website as well as for Paprika on the App Store, Below those links is a short description from their website although the description on the App Store also lists all the features and there are many I haven't tried so while the way I use it is fully accessible, I can't speak for all the features like using the timers, calendar etc. I also noticed it mentions you can use Siri for hands free access and I actually have to look into this because of course often when you cook or bake having to touch the phone to review ingredients or directions is inconvenient when your hands are covered in grease or dough.
