Lol, hopefully by that time, they'll just abandon version numbers
altogether.

You're welcom! It took me a while to figure it out. I really think there is
a lot in iTunes 11 that we will really like once we get used to it but
there's just that time period when we have to figure everything out over
again that we knew how to do before. Somewhere around iTunes 17 or
something, they'll change things again and we'll all be tearing our hair out
again -grin!

Hi Cheryl,

You're brilliant! Thanks so much! So simple, but so frustrating until
someone figures it out!

If you check Songs in the group of radio buttons, the songs appear in a
table just as in iTunes 10, so you can get to them quickly by pressing
VO+CMD+T to get there quickly - one press to get to the Sidebar, and a
second to get to the Songs table.

Thanks again,
Anna

Okay, I've been playing with the search box.

After you type your search, you see "show in music". Hit enter right there
instead of arrowing down or tabbing or vo-arrowing. Then vo-right-arrow to
the browser and yo'll see the genres and artists and albums and can narrow
it down by selecting there. Or just keep going to the music table and all
the results of your search will be there and you can hit enter on any one of
them and play it. There are probably quicker ways to get across to the
browser and music table but I haven't worked on that yet.
The songs in you search then appear in the music table and you can hit enter
on any of them and hear them. I'm also thinking that what you see in the
browser can be controled in view as it could before but haven't gotten to
that yet either.

Hi,

I'm using iTunes on a Mac, and I have a couple of questions.

When I type in the search box, a list of results appears, and there's a
button that is supposed to add them to Up Next, but I seem to have to do a
lot of tabbing around to get whatever I searched for to play; pressing
things like Space or Enter don't work. Also, there seems to be no way to
search and then see what I searched for in a list similar to the songs list.
And the search is a lot pickier than in iTunes 10; searching for a word from
the title and a word from the artist doesn't work. Does anyone know of a way
to get the old search functionality back?

Also, if I search the store, where the search seems to work as it did in
iTunes 10, I can play the preview of an individual track, but if I view an
album, so that all the songs are listed, there seems to be no way to play
the preview of an individual track. Does anyone know a way around this?

Thanks,
Anna

I think this has already been posted, but if you press control s the screen
will behave more like the pre 11 screen thus the screen reader will be a
little bit more familiar. thus, far I have used 11 mostly on the Mac so have
not played with windows much.

Hi list:

Just upgraded to the new ITunes 11 and got a quick question. Any jaws
scripts for it? Also once you go to the ITunes store, how do you get back
to the IPhone main menu? Thanks!
