That may solve the problem right there. If this doesn’t, maybe reset your phone by pressing and releasing the volume up button, then pressing releasing the down volume button and then pressing and holding the side sleep button for at least 15 seconds then letting go and then your phone will reboot then you can try it that way. A friend called me this evening, and suddenly, with no warning, he could hear me, but I couldn't hear him. Then the call dropped altogether. He called me back, and the same thing happened. I called another friend, and she could hear me, but I couldn't hear her. Again, the call dropped out. I can text. I just cannot make contact on the phone. Any ideas?
