I use Overcast premium, and I have it set to download automatically.
But it only downloads over wi-fi. It won't download over the cellular
network.
I will sometimes check on it when I get a notification of a new episode,
and if it hasn't downloaded yet, it will say, "waiting for wi-fi". I
don't remember setting it that way. I think it's that way by default.
So I don't have to worry about using up any cellular data downloading
podcasts.
