Have you tried restarting your phone? Also, have you tried disabling Siri and then enabling it again sometimes that works if Siri starts behaving oddly and not working in the way it supposed to you just turn it off and then turn it back on again. I would welcome comments of others with respect to recent Siri behavior especially regarding summoning it with Hey Siri as well as its performance before I call Apple Accessibility and inquire about what I’m experiencing.
