Beyond that, I believe there’s a way through the envision website to at least established login credentials. If you do that, maybe uninstall and reinstall the app again, and see then if it will let you login. I used my Apple account to begin the process. The app asked for my phone number and sent a verification code. I am using an iPhone 14+ running the latest version of IOS. When I attempted to enter the code, I heard the bonk that indicates my input was not being accepted. I kept trying to enter numbers. When I finally begin getting spoken feedback, the numbers VoiceOver was speaking were either ahead or behind what I was trying to enter.
