Otherwise, did you hit delete or hold it down a bit so that maybe it would get 
to the beginning of the line and then write the code numbers? I forget exactly 
what happened when I linked with my Apple account, which I didn’t do in 
initially, but due to a problem that came up That’s how I was able to get my 
account problem fixed. Beyond that, I believe there’s a way through the 
envision website to at least established login credentials. If you do that, 
maybe uninstall and reinstall the app again, and see then if it will let you 
login.

I am trying to set up an account with Ally, the companion app to Envision
AI. I used my Apple account to begin the process. The app asked for my phone
number and sent a verification code. I am using an iPhone 14+ running the
latest version of IOS. When I attempted to enter the code, I heard the bonk
that indicates my input was not being accepted. I kept trying to enter
numbers. When I finally begin getting spoken feedback, the numbers VoiceOver
was speaking were either ahead or behind what I was trying to enter.
When I try searching the app store for Ally, the listings that come up are
for banks. Can someone give me the contact information for this company?
