I use a Tribit StormBox Micro, it is about the size of a coaster but thicker. It has a silicone strap that is detachable so it can be attached to various objects. If you have two of them they can be used as a stereo or in Party Mode as two mono speakers.
The sound is remarkable for their size. There used to be demos of them on YouTube that give you an idea of their performance.
