I use the Control Center all the time; I've got shortcuts to stuff like "Whatsapp", and some other apps I use often. Some might say my Control Center looks cluttered, but having these shortcuts on it is such an efficient way to use the Pone! I was so happy when they redesigned the Control Center, I think last September, when iOS18 came out. I use both ways of accessing it, the voiceOver way of focusing a Status bar item and swiping 3 fingers up, or the regular way, of sliding a finger downwards. Depending of what I'm in the mood for at that moment, the method of accessing. Good luck in getting it to work!
