Hi. I had this problem on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and it's still happening on my iPhone Air. Basically, I'm trying to use my iPhone through the earpiece, and the volume is low. I have to raise it so I can hear it. The external speaker is even worse. I can't really hear it until I crank up the volume.
Is there an easy way to fix this, or is it just as it is. Thanks in advance for any help.
