Using spotlight search would be a way to get to it though using Siri is fastest. I wish Spotlight searches would show you exactly where an app is located. I've never known how to remove an app from the Home Screen. It is not on the Home Screen nor in the app library. It must have been removed accidentally. I can bring it up by saying: hae siri launch the app store This seems to be a reliable way to make the app store active. I could then search for and install the Hable app to the home screen.
