It was in the App Library. I'm sure that it was not there before. Maybe
my asking Siri put it there.
It's now back on the Home Screen.

Using spotlight search would be a way to get to it though using Siri
is fastest. I wish Spotlight searches would show you exactly where an
app is located.

Strangely, I simulate to delete the AppStore and there is no option to
delete completely. Only the option to keep in librarie...

With IOS 16 through IOS 18 the App Store would sometimes on
the Home Screen.
This was not reliable so I got used to asking Siri:
Hay siri search the app store for x
Siri responded with
Here are suggestions.
I could flick to the results list.
Now with IOS 26, Siri announces that there are suggestions.
But, I can’t find them…only the Home Screen is displayed.
I’m trying to get the hable One app.
Any suggestions?
