I had a terrible experience with the Braille Superstore/Future Aids, whatever
other business name they use; when a friend gave me a nice Sudoku set that
included an accessible board, all the pieces with braille numbers, and a book
in Braille.

The book, was embossed by the Braille Superstore with tons of errors,
especially sloppy formatting that made it unusable.

True to form, they would admit nothing and even after my wife sent them a clear
photo of one page with a completely messed up puzzle, puzzle 1, they did
nothing and did not respond…

I had a similar issue with them on a chess set; so will never do business with
them again.

However, if one is a patron of the National Library Service, BARD program,
they have two Sudoku books embossed by the National Braille Press that are
books 1 and 2 of Sudoku, easy to hard, by Will Shortz.

I messed up and got volume 2 first, but it just arrived and it is absolute
perfection!

Thanks to the NLS Braille On Demand program, that allows patrons up to 5
braille books to keep per year, I now have a functional book to drive myself
around the bend. 😊

since the government is shut down, I doubt they are taking new orders right
now, but worth keeping in mind for later…
