Hi Sri, I did indeed have a no caller ID in my calls area. Deleting this and closing the phone app out completely from app switcher resolved the issue and call screening with reason for calling is now active. I am just trying now to find out how I can view the transcript of a person’s reason for calling with VoiceOver? I have my call options set to full screen.
