Thanks, Richard and Joe! I’m thinking that my machine is just too old. I’ve done all the things both of you have said. But now the machine you’re using sounds like a good possibility and I’ll check it out. How old are your machines? For some reason, I thought the newer Kosoris were not Alexa compatible, but it would seem that’s not true. The more information the better regarding my purchase of a new machine. Thanks again, Kim.
